The butcher
The Butcher is a great example where the client designed/chose every component of the guitar. The name “The Butcher” came about from discussions around what type of custom logo the client wanted on the headstock. He wanted to incorporate my name into it. Guitars are frequently referred to as “axes” and somewhere along the way we came up with the idea of a meat cleaver to accompany the name The Butcher. We have to admit, we kinda like the sound of it.
